Who can benefit from counseling and therapy services?

Well... the reality is that ANYBODY can benefit from therapy!
Counseling and therapy can benefit individuals who are:
 ALL AGES whether they are adults, children, adolescents or their families.
Going through a STRESSFUL EXPERIENCE and who need a space to hold and process those stressors. These stressors could be a major life transition like a move, divorce, new family member or general life stressors like work, school or family life
Dealing with ongoing MENTAL HEALTH conditions like PTSD, Depression, ADHD or Anxiety. There may need be an opportunity to learn and practice new skills to improve coping, emotional expression, self-regulation or executive functioning.
Looking to have greater SELF-FULFILLMENT and to help themselves grow into the best person that they can be. That could be growing in their connection to themselves or improving in their role as a parent, spouse, partner or family member.
Coping with or healing from TRAUMA or traumatic experiences. These individuals may benefit from processing their experiences, learning new skills and improving their ability to regulate their nervous system.
